A channel becomes a queue of jobs
Right-click an agent and bind it to a channel, such as #support or #incidents. From then on each new message in that channel becomes a job for the agent, and the job waits in your Inbox until you approve it. Nothing starts on its own.
The work happens on your Mac
An approved job goes to the agent in its own terminal, on your Mac, with everything its workspace knows: the repos, the instructions, the context files. A Claude Code agent can read the code, check the logs, look at the cluster and draft an answer that is actually right.
Every reply waits for you
When the agent wants to post, a card shows you the whole reply and the channel it goes to. Send as you, edit it first, ask for another draft, or decline and close the job. What you approve is exactly what is posted.
As you, not as a bot
The reply posts from your own Slack account, because it is yours once you have read it. Your team sees an answer from you, not from a bot they have to trust.
Trust a channel when you are ready
For a channel where the agent has earned it, let replies post without the card. You can pause that trust at any time, and every post, reviewed or not, is recorded.
Files, only when you say
When a message carries an attachment, the agent sees it only after you approve it.
