You buy a tool.
It stays yours.
AI Bridge is your tool. It is a desktop application you install on your own Mac — one place to run and supervise the AI agents you already use, like Claude Code, Codex, Grok and OpenCode, and the automations you build around them.
It runs on your existing subscriptions, under your own accounts. Your code, prompts, history and records stay in plain files on your machine. There is no telemetry, and nothing you do in it is sent to us. You need an AI Bridge account only for a trial or a paid plan. On its own, the app looks for a newer version when it starts and, once you sign in, checks your plan about once a day.
So most of what follows is about the plans: Free, the trial, what you buy, and what each of us is responsible for. Each section opens with a one-line summary to help you find your way. The summaries are not part of the terms — the full text beneath each one is.

01Agreement
In short: Using AI Bridge means agreeing to these terms. If you use it for a company, you agree for them.
These terms are an agreement between you and AI Bridge sh (ABN 15 662 475 381), an Australian business that trades as AI Bridge (“we”, “us”). They cover the AI Bridge desktop application, its free plan and trial, the paid plans we sell for it, your AI Bridge account, and this website (together, “AI Bridge”).
By downloading, installing or using AI Bridge you accept these terms. If you do so on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and “you” means that organisation as well as you. If you do not accept them, do not use AI Bridge.
02Eligibility
In short: You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You may not use AI Bridge if you are barred from receiving software under the laws of Australia or of the country you are in, including trade-sanctions laws.
03What AI Bridge is
In short: A desktop app that runs AI agents from other companies, on your Mac, against systems you connect. An account only for a trial or a plan.
AI Bridge is software you install and run on your own Mac. It runs, organises and supervises AI coding agents made by other companies — such as Claude Code, Codex, Grok and OpenCode — and lets you connect it to your own files, terminals, Git repositories, Kubernetes clusters, databases and messaging workspace.
You can use AI Bridge without an account. An account, which you create by signing in with GitHub, Google, Microsoft or GitLab, is needed only for a trial or a paid plan. We do not host your work, we do not operate the AI models, and we do not see what you or your agents send to them. The application stores everything it keeps in plain files in a folder on your machine.
AI output can be wrong. The agents AI Bridge runs produce code, commands and changes that may be incorrect, insecure or destructive. Review what an agent proposes before you approve it, and test what it produces before you rely on it.
04Free and the trial
In short: Free has no time limit. A free trial unlocks everything for up to 31 days of use. Nothing is ever deleted.
You may use AI Bridge free, with no account and no time limit. Free includes unlimited agents, terminals, workspaces and automations you run yourself, and one Kubernetes cluster, one database server, one Slack channel and one scheduled automation at a time. The application remembers, on your machine only, which ones you used in the last 30 days, and counts those.
Using a second one starts a trial: sign in, free, with no payment details, and you get up to 31 days of use with everything unlimited — 7 if another account already had a trial on the same machine, and none for an account that has paid before. A day counts only when you use more than Free includes on that day.
When a trial or a plan ends with more than one of something in use, everything already in use keeps working for 7 days from the first day the application runs on Free. After that, one of each stays connected: the one used most recently, unless you chose another. The application asks you which one of each to keep the first time you use it on Free, and you can answer for 7 days from then, also after that week has ended; your answer is final until the next trial or plan, and from then on Free’s usual rule applies. Nothing is deleted.
05Plans
In short: Pro is US$9.99 a month or US$99.99 a year, for a person. Team is US$14.99 a seat a month or US$149.99 a seat a year, for a company.
Pro is for an individual, who may use it wherever they work: US$99.99 a year or US$9.99 a month. Team is bought by a company for its people: US$149.99 per seat a year or US$14.99 per seat a month, with seats managed by the company’s administrators. Every plan includes every feature.
Your plan is held as a signed licence that the application checks on your machine and refreshes about once a day while you are signed in. A paid plan needs to reach our servers at least every 14 days on Team and every 44 days on Pro; until it does, the application runs on Free.
06Updates and keeping your version
In short: Every update is included while you pay. Twelve paid months in a row, and you keep your version for good.
While you pay, every update is included. If you have paid for twelve months in a row — a yearly plan counts as twelve months on the day it is paid — you keep the version you have, with everything unlimited, permanently, including every update released up to the end of your last paid period.
On a Team plan the twelve months are each member’s own months on the team; a member who is removed while the team goes on paying keeps, if their own months had reached twelve, every update released up to the day they were removed.
If you stop before that, the application returns to Free 14 days after your paid period ends. A newer version than the one you keep is never installed automatically; if you install it, the application runs on Free on it unless you renew. A refunded or disputed payment does not count toward the twelve months.
The application also checks for new versions when it launches. What that check and the daily licence refresh carry is described in the privacy policy. We may change, improve or remove features in future versions, but an update never takes away the right to use a version you keep.
07Payment
In short: Stripe sells AI Bridge plans on our behalf as the merchant of record, handles your payment and receipts, and charges any tax.
Plans are bought on aibridge.sh and paid through Stripe Managed Payments, under which Stripe is the merchant of record for your order: it takes your payment, charges any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you are, and sends your receipts and invoices. Your purchase is also subject to the Stripe terms shown when you pay. We never see or store your card details.
Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Yearly plans are charged once a year and monthly plans once a month, in advance, until you cancel. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing for the same plan on your billing page. Switching to yearly takes effect at once; switching to monthly takes effect at the end of the year you have paid for.
We may change prices for future periods. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for. We will tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your plan, and you may cancel before it takes effect without paying it.
08Refunds and cancellation
In short: Changed your mind? Full refund within 14 days, no questions. Cancel any time.
If AI Bridge is not right for you, ask within fourteen (14) days of a purchase and we will refund it in full, without asking why. A monthly payment is refundable on the same basis for the month it paid for. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
You can cancel a plan at any time on your billing page, and it stops at the end of the period you have paid for. Removing a seat from a Team plan part-way through a period gives a credit toward later invoices, not a refund to your card.
A refunded period no longer counts toward keeping your version. A refunded plan returns the application to Free — unless you already keep a version from an earlier twelve paid months, which stays unlimited.
None of this limits the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer law that applies to you (see section 18).
09What you may and may not do
In short: Use it, keep it, move it. Do not share it beyond the people it covers, crack it or resell it.
Subject to these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use AI Bridge on the machines used by the people your plan covers, for any lawful purpose, including work. You may use Free on any version, keep a version as section 6 describes, move AI Bridge to a new machine, and read, copy and keep every file it writes.
You may not:
- share your plan or account with people it does not cover, or resell, rent or sublicense it;
- remove, disable or work around the licence check, or forge or tamper with a licence or the trial’s record;
- redistribute the application or any part of it;
- decompile or reverse engineer it, except to the extent the law expressly allows despite this term;
- use it to build a competing product from its code or design.
AI Bridge is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors keep all rights not expressly granted to you.
10Acceptable use
In short: Point it only at systems you are allowed to touch, and do not use it to cause harm.
You agree not to use AI Bridge, or to direct agents through it, to:
- access, change or disrupt any computer, cluster, database, repository or account you are not authorised to use;
- develop, deploy or spread malware, or carry out an attack on any system;
- infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
- send spam, or harass, defraud or harm anyone;
- break any law, or the terms of any AI provider or service you connect.
Authorised security testing of systems you own or have written permission to test is not prohibited.
11Your agents act on your systems
In short: AI Bridge asks before an agent changes things. Saying yes is your call, and so is what follows.
When you connect them, the agents AI Bridge runs can read and change your files, terminals, repositories, clusters and databases. The application shows you what an agent wants to change and asks for your approval before a change is made, and keeps a tamper-evident record of what was approved.
Those safeguards help you decide; they do not decide for you, and they cannot guarantee that an approved action is safe. You are responsible for what you approve, for any standing permissions you grant, for the agents you run and the systems you connect them to, for keeping backups, and for the credentials you give them. Before pointing an agent at a production system, make sure you could recover from a bad change.
Not for safety-critical use. AI Bridge is not designed or tested for operating systems whose failure could lead to death, personal injury or severe physical or environmental damage — such as medical devices, vehicle or aircraft control, or the control systems of critical infrastructure — and you must not use it for that.
12Third-party services
In short: The AI providers, Slack, GitHub and the rest have their own terms and bills. We are not responsible for them.
AI Bridge works with software and services we do not own or operate — AI agents and their model providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI and xAI), Slack, GitHub, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and others. You use them under your own accounts, on their terms, and you pay them directly for any usage. We are not responsible for their availability, their output, their charges or how they handle your data.
AI Bridge is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. Their names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to say what AI Bridge works with.
13Intellectual property
In short: We own AI Bridge. You own your work, including what your agents produce.
AI Bridge, including its code, design, name and mark, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms give you a licence to use it, not ownership of it.
Your code, files, prompts, and everything your agents produce for you are yours. We claim no rights in them, and we never receive them. Whether AI-generated output can be owned, and on what terms, is also governed by the terms of the AI provider that generated it.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them freely and without obligation to you.
14Open-source components
In short: Parts of AI Bridge are open source. Their own licences apply to them, and nothing here overrides that.
AI Bridge includes open-source software and artwork made by others, each under its own licence. The notices and licences for them ship with the application. Where an open-source licence gives you rights that these terms would otherwise restrict — including rights to copy, modify or reverse engineer that component — the open-source licence governs that component, and nothing in these terms limits those rights.
15Privacy and your data
In short: We hold none of your work. What the website and the app send us is in the privacy policy.
The application has no telemetry, and keeps your workspaces, history and records on your machine. We never receive your code, your prompts, your terminal output or your credentials. The little personal information we do handle — your account’s sign-in details and email address, your plan and payment records, an email address you give us on this website — is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
16Previews and beta features
In short: Anything labelled preview or beta may change or go away, and comes with fewer promises.
We may offer features or builds labelled preview, beta or experimental. They are provided to try, may change or be withdrawn without notice, and are excluded from any service commitment. Section 18 still applies to them, including your rights under consumer law.
17Availability and support
In short: The app runs on your Mac, and a paid plan carries on offline for weeks. Support is by email.
AI Bridge runs on your machine. Free does not depend on our servers at all, and a paid plan carries on between licence refreshes for as long as section 5 says. This website and the account service may occasionally be unavailable; when they are, the application carries on regardless. We provide support by email at hello@aibridge.sh on a best-effort basis.
18Warranties and consumer law
In short: Your consumer-law rights always apply. Beyond them, the software is provided as it is.
Australian Consumer Law. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term, that the Australian Consumer Law or any other law says cannot be excluded. The same is true of the mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
Where the law allows us to limit our liability for failing to meet such a guarantee, our liability is limited, at our option, to supplying the software again or refunding what you paid for it.
We work hard to make AI Bridge reliable and we fix what breaks. But apart from the rights above, and to the extent the law allows:
AI Bridge is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we disclaim all other warranties, conditions and representations, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI Bridge will be free of defects or run without interruption, or that anything an AI agent produces through it will be accurate, secure or fit for use.
19Limitation of liability
In short: We are not liable for indirect loss, and our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the last year.
Subject to section 18, and to the extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue, business, opportunity or goodwill, whether that loss is direct or indirect and however it arises — including loss caused by an action an agent took with your approval or under a permission you granted;
- our total liability to you for everything arising out of or in connection with AI Bridge or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim, or US$100 if you have paid us nothing.
These limits apply however the claim arises, including in negligence, and even if we were told the loss was possible. They do not limit liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
20Indemnity
In short: If your misuse of AI Bridge gets us sued by someone else, you cover it — and only to the extent you caused it.
You agree to indemnify us against a claim brought by a third party, and the reasonable loss and legal costs it causes us, to the extent the claim arises from your breach of these terms, your breach of the law, or agents you ran through AI Bridge against systems or data you were not authorised to access. Your responsibility is reduced to the extent we caused or contributed to the loss, including through our own breach or negligence.
We will tell you promptly about any such claim, give you reasonable control of its defence and settlement, and not settle it in a way that admits fault on your behalf without your consent.
21Ending these terms
In short: You can stop any time. We only end your plan for a serious breach, like sharing or cracking it.
You may stop using AI Bridge and cancel any subscription at any time. We may end your plan and account if you materially breach these terms — for example by sharing a plan beyond the people it covers or circumventing the licence check — and, where the breach can be fixed, you have not fixed it within 14 days of our telling you.
If your plan ends for breach, you must stop using AI Bridge, and we will not sell you a new plan or give you a new trial. Your files remain yours and remain readable with any tool. Sections 13, 14, 18, 19, 20, 22 and 24, and anything else that by its nature should, survive the end of these terms.
22Disputes and governing law
In short: Talk to us first. If we cannot sort it out, Queensland law and courts apply.
If something goes wrong, email us at hello@aibridge.sh first. Both of us agree to try in good faith to resolve a dispute informally for 30 days before starting court proceedings, except where urgent relief is needed.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Each of us submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the courts that hear appeals from them. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, or your right to bring a claim in its courts.
23Changes to these terms
In short: Big changes get 30 days’ notice. If you do not accept one, you can cancel and get the unused part of your payment back.
We may update these terms — to reflect changes in the law, in AI Bridge, or in how we sell it. We will change the date at the top when we do. For a change that materially reduces your rights, we will give at least 30 days’ notice on this page and, where we have your email address, by email. A change never applies retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
If you do not accept a material change, you may cancel before it takes effect, and we will refund the unused part of any period you have prepaid. The version of AI Bridge you already have stays yours on the terms you bought it under. If you keep using AI Bridge after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
24General
In short: The usual legal housekeeping.
- Entire agreement. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about AI Bridge. If we ever sign a separate written agreement with you, it wins where the two differ.
- Severability. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, it is read down to the extent needed, and the rest still stands.
- No waiver. Not enforcing a term straight away does not mean we give it up.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours to a successor to the AI Bridge business, and your licence carries on unchanged.
- Events outside our control. Neither of us is liable for a delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control.
- Export. You agree to comply with any export-control and sanctions laws that apply to your use of AI Bridge.
- Notices. We send notices to the email address we hold for you; you send them to hello@aibridge.sh.
25Contact
In short: hello@aibridge.sh. We would rather explain than argue.
